Residential Billing

Our services are billed in advance, except for per minute long distance charges.
When you sign up for services, your bill will be prorated for any partial month.
When you recieve your first bill it may be higher than what you were initially expecting, please check the services and dates of services to explain this amount. If you still have questions regarding your bill, please call customer service.
You should recieve your bill within the first couple of days of the month and is due by the 10th of every month.
Payments received after the 10th will be accessed late fees.

To make the billing process easier for our customers we have instituted E-Bills and online payments via credit or debit card.
Other payment methods include bank draft, credit card draft, droping a payment off at our office in Jackson, or by mail. If you would like to take advantage of any of these services, please call customer service to set them up.
