No special settings are required for netscape navigator to connect to the Internet through neXband Communications. You simply need to have a dial-up networking session setup and currently running.

To use Netscape Email Client with your neXband account, open netscape communicator, select Edit > Preferences > Mail & Newsgroups and enter the following information:

• Identity - Your Name - Your Name as you want it to appear in emails.
• Identity - Email Address - username@nexband.com
• Mail Servers - Incoming Mail Servers - inbox.nexband.com
• Mail Servers - Outgoing Mail Servers - outbox.nexband.com

After setting up your email account, open Netscape Messenger by going to Communicator > Messenger and you will see your email account listed in the left column window. Click on the Send and Recieve button and youw will be prompted for you username and password. After entering those, your mail will download to your inbox.

To use Netscape news Client with your neXband account, open netscape communicator, select Edit > Preferences > Mail & Newsgroups and enter the following information:

• Newsgroup Servers - news.nexband.com

After setting up your newsgroup account, open Netscape Messenger by going to Communicator > Messenger and you will see your news account listed in the left column window. Right click on news.nexband.com and select Subscribe to Newsgroups and you can select which newsgroups interest you.
