GulfPines Communications owner and CEO, Charles Fail,
grew up in the telephone business as his father founded Bay Springs
Telephone Company back in 1923.
Today, Charles owns and operates Fail
Telecommunications Corporation (FTC) which is comprised of GulfPines
Communications, FailSafe Security, Chickamauga Telephone, Bruce
Telephone, Fulton Telephone, and Mound Bayou Telephone. FTC provides
telecommunications services for more than 20,000 customers.
